Michael L. Woodson is the Co-Founder &Host of the Hospitality Tech Show and a nationally recognized cybersecurity,enterprise risk, and technology executive with more than 30 years of leadershipexperience helping organizations navigate digital transformation, operationalresilience, and emerging technology risk.
Throughout his career, Michael has led security and risk programs across thehospitality, financial services, transportation, healthcare, government, energy,retail, and life sciences sectors. His expertise spans cybersecurity, AIgovernance, operational resilience, business continuity, enterprise riskmanagement, privacy, and executive leadership.
Michael is the co-editor of the award-winning book Cyber Risk, recipient of the2017 Risk.net Book of the Year Award, and a 2024 Boston CISO ORBIE Finalist. Healso serves as an adjunct faculty member at Northeastern University, where heteaches cybersecurity and information security management.
