Our Founder

Senan Goundjo

Originally from Benin, West Africa, Senan relocated to the United States fifteen years ago. He holds an associate's degree in hospitality management from Montgomery College and a master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

He previously served as president of the Hospitality Club at Montgomery College and chapter president of the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Senan is a recipient of scholarships from the Maryland Tourism Education Foundation and NEWH.

Co-Founder

Michael Woodson

Michael L. Woodson is the Co-Founder & Host of the Hospitality Tech Show and a nationally recognized cybersecurity,enterprise risk, and technology executive with more than 20 years of leadershipexperience helping organizations navigate digital transformation, operationalresilience, and emerging technology risk.

Throughout his career, Michael has led security and risk programs across thehospitality, financial services, transportation, healthcare, government, energy,retail, and life sciences sectors. His expertise spans cybersecurity, AIgovernance, operational resilience, business continuity, enterprise riskmanagement, privacy, and executive leadership.
