With a career spanning over two decades in the live event and hospitality industry, Kaleb brings a wealth of experience in delivering high-impact, seamless event experiences across corporate, government, nonprofit, and social sectors.

Kaleb began his journey in the audiovisual industry in the late 1990s, developing his foundation in Boston before advancing into regional leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations. His tenure in the industry includes leadership positions where he managed multi-property operations, oversaw large-scale productions, and built long- standing client relationships rooted in trust, performance, and service excellence.
