Throughout his career, Joshua has held leadership roles supporting hospitality technology solutions across North America and has built strong relationships within the hotel and technology sectors. His background includes experience with hotel operations, hospitality finance, call center operations, technology support, and strategic partnerships. He also holds respected certifications from Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP).
